The company was created in 1992 in an owned space of 8.000sq.met. The company administration, based on European & Greek legislation, has created production, processing, packaging, and storing facilities for products, housed in 1.000 square meters.
In three of these facilities, the croquette production line was created and running since 2003.
With a production rate up to 1000kg/hour and individual quick freezing (IQF), human intervention is minimized, giving constantly product of the same specification.
At the same time, conformation to the food safety & hygiene standard (HACCP) and quality control and assurance (ISO 9001), allows us to guarantee that every time, our products will taste the same at a surpassing quality.
